The Alabama Palomino Exhibitors Association (APEA) is a state affiliate of the Palomino Horse Breeders of America (PHBA).  Our shows are PHBA-sanctioned and points earned are recorded in the national records.  Alabama residents that join the PHBA are automatically members of the APEA.  Check out the PHBA website (www.palominohba.com) for information on horse registration and membership.
